That\u2019s not always possible however. When calculating base salaries (that\u2019s not including bonuses and other rewards) it\u2019s important to factor in a few things:<\/p>\n<p>How much money are you willing to spend on salaries, how much money are you willing to give someone else for the load of work their taking away from you, for the load of work they\u2019re putting in to help your business grow?<\/p>\n<p>Given the amount, how much of this should you consider paying for taxes?
