We&#8217;re going to do a sample here for better understanding. Go to the Insert tab and under the button &#8220;Table&#8221; select three rows and two columns. For our first row we&#8217;ll use the &#8220;Merge&#8221; function. Select both cells and go under Table Layout tab. From there choose the option &#8220;Merge Cells&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now we can enter here our text, for an example &#8220;Please enter your data here&#8221;. Into the left in our next rows let&#8217;s enter &#8220;Name&#8221; and &#8220;E-mail&#8221; accordingly. The right handed cells are left empty at this point for users to fill in later. Remember that tables in Word can be extensively tailored to your needs.
