Having the slides prepared click on the Office button and choose &#8220;Print&#8221; from the menu. Click on &#8220;Print&#8221; from the right handed menu and notice a new window appear. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From there under the section &#8220;Print what&#8221; click on the small down-facing arrow and choose &#8220;Handouts&#8221;. Now next under the right handed section called &#8220;Handouts&#8221; determine the number of slides to be printed out per page. Choosing 3 from the selection menu visually shows you that the area for notes is created on the page alongside with the slides.
