To sort, go\nunder Home and Editing section. Click on \u201eSort &amp; Filter&#8221; and choose on\nof the first two. Next go to Data and click on Subtotal. Under \u201eAt each change\nin&#8221; select the column the group is in. In the next section select the\nfunction you want to be used and in the third bit select the column the\nsubtotal is added to.
