Go under Reference Tab, Citations and Bibliography section. To Insert reference click on Insert Citation and Add New Source. Form will open.
Choose type of source. Source type will change the recommended fields. You can click Show All Bibliography Fields when you want to see them all. Now fill the fields and press OK.
You can make minor adjustment on the look if you right mouse click the reference and edit citation. This gives you the possibility to add page numbers and remove some of the data. If you later want to update any of the reference, you can go under reference tab and click manage sources. Here you can see all your references.
When you edit your reference you can then choose to automaticly update them also in your document. To collect all the references you used in the document go under reference tab and click Bibliography. From built-in list choose References.
Note that when you update a reference then this will not be automaticly updated. You will have to click Update Citations and Bibliography
