Click on File on the ribbon.

Click on Open and Recent

Go to the ribbon onto the Home tab under Paragraph section. Click on the icon at the top right corner.

Continue readingBy default the ribbon is shown all the time. If you would like it to open only when you click it, then just double click on one of the tab names. Now the ribbon will be hidden when you don’t use it. If you want to revert the change then double click on one of the tabs again.
Continue readingFirst unhide the columns. If you want to copy the whole table then to unhide all the columns hidden, simply select the entire worksheet and click on the column labels with your right mouse button and choose “Unhide”. When this is done, select and copy the data. Afterwards use the „Undo” command to hide all the columns that were unhiden. Now paste the previously copied data.
