Go to the Ribbon under Slide Show tab and Start Slide Show section. Click on „Custom Slide Show” and „Custom Shows”. Press on „New” and arrange your slides for your specific show. In here you can also rename the show and apply this every time you need.

For this you should use Motion Path. You can find it under Animation and Custom Animation. Press “Add effect” and choose Motion Paths from the menu. Next choose any straight line, move and resize the arrow to suit your needs. Press “Preview” to see how the image moves.
