Go to the Office button, choose “Excel options” and from the “Advanced” menu remove a tick from “Automatically insert a decimal point”.

Right click on the original sheet and select “Move or Copy”. At the top of the small window that opens up click on “Move selected sheets to book” and choose “New book” or any other workbook that is open.
