What you can do is have the presentation loop continuously until you press Esc on your keyboard. To accomplish all this, go to the Ribbon under tab Slide Show and choose „Setup Show”. Choose „Loop Continuously Until Esc”. Make sure the option „Advance slides” is on „Using timings, if present”. To have the presentation running, first select all the slides and under the tab Animations in the section Transition to this Slide set the advance to next slide automatically and edit the seconds it needs to advance to the next slide.

You can add comments for the slide as whole and to certain parts of text. Simply have either the slide selected from Slides menu on the left or select the text on the slide you wish to comment. Next continue to Review tab and Comments section. Click on “New Comment” to leave a comment. Note that all the comments are numbered. To hide those comments from the view, click on “Show Markup”. To view the comments, click on the same button again. To edit a comment click on “Edit Comment” that is just next to the button “New Comment”.

To actually convert a PowerPoint presentation to black and white, you have to change the color scheme. You can do it under Design tab and Themes section under “Colors” button. Choose “Grayscale” to change the coloring to black and white. To change images to black and white, right click on the picture, choose “Format Picture …” and under Picture choose Recolor. From there choose the coloring appropriate for you. Click “Close” if you are satisfied.
