How to accept changes? | Word 2007

Place your cursor upon the change shown and go to the ribbon under Review tab. In Changes section press on “Accept”. The easiest way to accept a change however is by clicking with your right mouse button on the change and choosing from the menu “Accept Insertion”. Another thing you can do is accept all changes at once under the same button by pressing on the down facing arrow and choosing “Accept All Changes in Document”.

How to create forms for users to fill in? | Word 2007

Probably the best way to keep the formatting unchanged and all the settings in place is to have the text entered into a table. We’re going to do a sample here for better understanding. Go to the Insert tab and under the button “Table” select three rows and two columns. For our first row we’ll use the “Merge” function. Select both cells and go under Table Layout tab. From there choose the option “Merge Cells”.

How to add filename to header or footer? | Word 2007

Go into the header mode by clicking with your right mouse button on the header and choose “Edit Header”. To add custom information go to the “Insert” section under the Header & Footer tools tab on the ribbon and click “Quick parts”. In the menu choose “Field”. You will get a list of what you can add into your header. Find “Filename” from the list. Choose how you want the data to be formated. If you want the file path also then add check to “Add path to filename”. Press “OK” to finish.

How to have Word automatically update certain fields of text? | Word 2007

On the ribbon there’s Quick Parts option under Insert menu. The Document Property inserts for example information pulled from properties. You can enter to your document the fields and every time you change properties or update any of the same type of field entered into the document; those fields will be updated accordingly.
