Choose the entire table

Go to Review tab and right after Display for review button you can see four document icons with check mark, an x and arrows on them. To move between changes, use the arrows. To accept a change tap on the check mark and to reject a change, on the red x.

Continue readingPlace your cursor upon the change shown and go to the ribbon under Review tab. In Changes section press on “Reject”. The easiest way to reject a change however is by clicking with your right mouse button on the change and choosing from the menu “Reject Insertion”. Another thing you can do is reject all changes at once under the same button by pressing on the down facing arrow and choosing “Reject All Changes in Document”.
Continue readingGo to Review tab and look for Track changes. On the slider drag from left to right until the slider is green. Now the Word tracks the changes you make to the document.
