How to hide slides from shows? | Powerpoint 2007

Click with your right mouse button on the slide and choose hide slide. Do it again to show.

How to view Navigation? | Word 2010

Go to „View” tab and under „Show” section. Check the box before „Navigation Pane”. Do note however that this works with Headings in your document.

How to launch with blank document? | Word 2013

Click on the File menu. From the left hand sidebar, select Options. In the Word Options window, navigate to Startup Options under the General tab. Unmark the check box with label as Show the Start screen when this application starts. Then click OK button.

How to print linked documents from a master page? | Word 2013

To print master page with all the subdocuments go to view tab and click Outline. Make sure that all subdocuments are expanded by clicking Expand Subdocument. If you see button as Collapse Subdocuments then they are ready to print.

How to emphasize differences between several sets of data over a period of time? | Excel 2007

Best used for this is area charts. Select your table only including cells that you wish to be presented on the chart and go under Insert tab into Charts section. Under “Area” choose the type of areas that suit you best. Unfortunately no live preview is applicable in this case.

How can I view the document as a final version without accepting the changes? | Word 2007

Go to Review tab under Tracking section and from the upper right corner menu choose Final. This will show you the document as if all the changes would have been accepted.
