First have those two documents open. From one document go under View tab and in Window section choose “Arrange All”. This way you’ll have two documents opened in one window.

How to make the markers on a graph gradient? | Excel 2007
Right click on the data series you wish to change, choose “Format Data Series” and go under “Marker Fill” menu from the left. Choose the option “Gradient Fill” and from the selections that appear below first determine the type of colors you wish to appear on the markers under the “Preset colors” menu. Under “Type” determine whether the lining is linear, radial, rectangular or path. Under “Direction” determine in which way the type previously selected appears. For Linear lining you can also determine the angle under “Angle”. Under “Gradient Stops” area you can determine the colors your gradient setting will use. Click on “Close” if you are satisfied.

Section breaks are used to show Word where the formatting will end and a new one will start. You will find section breaks on Page Layout tab under Page Setup section. Click on “Breaks” and choose how you want for the section break to work. Does it need to skip to a new page or for an example to a new even-numbered page. After this break you can apply new formatting.

We are going to add a picture as bullet point. You can choose from existing images or Import your own. It will automaticly resize your image to the bullet point size. Choose the new bullet and press OK. Now your new bullet is available in the Library for quick usage next time.
